Individual sessions and conjoint (marital /family) sessions are approximately 45 or 60 minutes in length. Fees are payable at the beginning of each session.

Please call for insurance acceptance.
For your benefits, please call your health insurance company to find out your health insurance benefits. Some of you may need to get approved first and have an authorization number before your appointment. It is also important to find out how many sessions you can have in a year and how much you need to pay for each session.
If I do not accept your insurance, I can still help you. I offer other payment options. Please call me and discuss with me further.

Sliding scale fee is also an acceptable option.
The sliding scale fee is determined by client's income.

It is extremely important during treatment to keep your regular
appointments in order to increase the likelihood of therapeutic gains.
If you are unable to keep your Appoinment, a 24-hour notice
is required. If an appointment is missed or canceled with less
than a 24-hour notice, you may be billed for the fee of full session.

I have a telephone voice mail that is available at all times for
routine messages. I collect my messages frequently and will make
every attempt to return messages within 24 hours.
If in the rare instance that you have a life-threatening
emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency
room for immediate assistance.
